Overview of Head into Healing

1.1. Head into Healing is an online coaching business that offers individual and group coaching, online programs, online memberships and communities and other educational offerings.

Relationship with Nicole Sokol, Clinical Psychology Services

2.1. Head into Healing is operated by Dr Nicole Sokol. Dr Nicole Sokol is a registered clinical psychologist.

2.2. While Dr Nicole Sokol is a registered clinical psychologist, the programs offered by Head into Healing do not constitute psychology services.

2.3. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge your understanding that your engagement with content produced by Head into Healing and participation in services offered by Head into Healing do not constitute receiving psychological services, treatment or therapy from Dr Nicole Sokol.

2.4. To avoid any potential conflicts of interest arising, Head into Healing reserves the right to limit access to its programs or services for the purpose of adherence to ethical guidelines including those outlined by Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

2.5. Current clients of Dr Nicole Sokol, within her clinical psychology practice, will not be accepted as participants in Head into Healing coaching services or online programs.

2.6. Former clients of Dr Nicole Sokol, who were serviced within her clinical psychology practice, wishing to participate in Head into Healing programs or coaching offers will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will only be accepted at Dr Nicole Sokol’s discretion, depending on the individual circumstances.

2.7. In addition, participants of Head into Healing services cannot be accepted as clients of Dr Nicole Sokol, within her clinical psychology practice.

2.8. Should participants of Head into Healing services require personalised psychological support or mental health treatment, they are encouraged to seek referral options through their General Practitioner or local service providers.

2.9. If in the course of participating in Head into Healing services, issues arise which in Dr Nicole Sokol’s professional opinion are beyond the scope of the coaching relationship and online program participation, a participant may be advised to engage with external services for specialised support for themselves (or their child), such as consulting with their general practitioner or another appropriate clinician.

2.10. Dr Nicole Sokol may at any time and in their sole discretion, terminate a participant’s registration in Head into Healing services if Dr Nicole Sokol considers it appropriate to do so. In the event of termination of a participant’s registration on this basis, a partial refund of the participant’s registration fees may be provided.

Privacy and Disclosure of Personal Information

3.1. As part of your participation in its services, Head into Healing needs to collect and record information from you.

3.2. There are certain circumstances under which your personal and sensitive information may be used or disclosed without your prior consent, such as when this is required by law or to ensure safety.

3.3. We request you read our attached Privacy Policy to ensure your thorough understanding of Head into Healing’s data management procedures.  

Technology Requirements

4.1. Head into Healing services will be provided online, utilising online platforms and products including, but not limited to, Zoom and Innovorise. You are responsible for the costs associated with setting up the technology needed so you can access online content and participate in video conferencing sessions.

4.2. To access Head into Healing services, you will typically need access to a computer (tablet or smartphone), headphones or speakers, video camera (optional) as well as a private room or quiet space. When listening to group calls, please do so in a private space or using headphones to help protect the privacy and safety of the group.

4.3. While Head into Healing work hard to put privacy measures in place, the privacy of any form of communication via the internet is potentially vulnerable and limited by the security of the technology used.  

Intellectual Property

5.1. The Head into Healing website and all content provided within the website, downloadable materials, programs, and other offers are the intellectual property of Head into Healing.

5.2. The reproduction, exploitation, redistribution or use of all or part of any visual, auditory or software element or document from the Head into Healing website or its programs and services is prohibited unless specific written permission has been granted.  

Fees, Cancellation & Refund Policies

6.1. Fees, Cancellation Policies and Refund Policies for specific offers, programs, or products will be stated on the relevant Participant Consent Form and/or website sales page or can be made available upon request.
